My role as a buying agent is to provide my clients

with my years of experience in the prime property market. My extensive location knowledge and wide network of contacts in the Somerset and Dorset prime property market are invaluable, enabling me to find and secure that elusive prime property and location for my clients.

I oversee the property purchase from start to finish - finding and negotiating, through to completion. I am able to provide contacts for surveyors, architects, builders, interior designers and gardeners, as well as information about schools in the area if required.

I live where I work in Somerset and the South West

and have done so my whole life. Consequently, my location

knowledge and understanding of prime property market value is invaluable.
